The key purpose of this role is to assure the availability of our brands in all Distributors, contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about ABI’s available product with the aim of selling using script 

 Key roles and responsibilities:

  • To assure the availability of our brands in all Distributors, complying with the main KPIs such as contactibility, strike rate, hit rate, negotiation effectiveness, with the goal to achieve the volume targets through an effective communication with the customers to have a long lasting and sustainable commercial relationship.
  • Comply with the management indicators such as: contactability rate, hit rate, strike rate, and call quality
  • Comply with the performance indicators such as: sales volume target’s availability/ coverage by Distributor.
  • Know the client base of the assigned zone and its purchase volume
  • Be very compliant driven of the company’s policies and business processes



  • Minimum of Bachelor of Degree in business related field or equivalent experience


  • One-year relevant experience
  • Analytical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Organizational & Communication Skills
  • Leadership Skills
