Accra Brewery PLC (ABL), part of AB InBev, reinforced its commitment to responsible consumption through its annual smart drinking campaign dubbed Cheers to Moderation” , highlighting moderation as a lifestyle of balance, mindfulness, and shared celebration.
As part of the celebration, employees hit the streets for a trade visit, engaging retailers and consumers to educate them on responsible drinking, the importance of moderation, and making informed choices about alcohol consumption.
According to Solomon Ayiah, Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs, ABL continues to invest in programmes, partnerships, and product innovations that promote responsible enjoyment. The company’s growing range of low- and non-alcoholic beverages ,including Club Shandy (2.0%) and Beta Malt, reflects its commitment to offering consumers more balanced choices.
Through partnerships with government agencies and communities, ABL aims to reduce underage drinking, promote road safety, and support retailers in responsible sales practices.
