Last week, our leadership team from across the Africa Zone came together in South Africa, for our annual Leadership, Performance, and Cheers Conference. Our convention was about embracing the power of leading with “AND”, and how “AND” symbolizes continuous progress through connection and addition.
It was an honour to have our Global ABInBev CEO Michel Doukeris present our global ambition, alongside our other global leaders Fernando Tennenbaum, John Blood, Donna Lorenson and Marcel Marcondes, and the Africa Leadership team.
We were also privileged to have Liz Wiseman speak on the importance of being a leader who multiplies and amplifies the intelligence of their teams to create greater leaders .
