As part of Accra Brewery’s National Service Engagement Project, a career planning training session was held for their departing National Service Scheme (NSS) personnel on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, by a resource team from Axis Human Capital.
The training covered practical career planning methods, using SWOT analysis for self-evaluation, creating effective CVs and acing interviews.
The purpose of this training was to get the personnel ready and provide them with useful information on career planning and personal branding for the future. Additionally, they were educated on GRIT; how to develop a growth mindset, and nurture passion and perseverance for a successful career life.
Through this Engagement Project, Accra Brewery will continue to assist young people in developing the skills necessary to identify their abilities and utilize them to their advantage.
