Accra Brewery PLC’s 2025 GRIT (Growing Retailers Innovatively Together) programme successfully trained 219 retailers nationwide, equipping them with skills to improve customer experience, profitability, and business sustainability. With both in-person and virtual sessions, the programme expanded its reach and accessibility.
The impact was evident through success stories like retailer Nikki, who is opening a new sports bar based on insights gained from GRIT. Legal and Corporate Affairs Lead, Solomon Ayiah, emphasized that GRIT is a platform for business transformation and reflects ABL’s commitment to helping retailers grow and thrive.
