CLUB LAGER FLIES 5 DISTRIBUTORS TO RUSSIA IN CHARLIE WON SHI JAMA! PROMOTION

CLUB Lager, Ghana’s number one selling beer and Official Beer of the 2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM, has flown 5 of its key distributors on an all-expense paid trip to Russia in CLUB Lager’s on-going “Charlie” Won Shi Jama! campaign.

The distributors; Mr. Emmanuel Sowah of Denby Enterprise (Teshie); Mr. Emmanuel Brenya of E Brenya Enterprise (Gbawe); Mr. Manish Mahbubani of Tolaram Company Limited (Kumasi, Bolgatanga, and Sunyani); Madam Alice Osei Addai of Ice Blue Ventures (Bantama-Kumasi); and Mr. Kojo Opoku Afrane of Agyei Baffour & Sons Limited (Kumasi) were selected based on a criteria that included volume targets achieved from February to April this year.

Ms. Ewurafua Addo-Atua, Accra Brewery Limited’s (ABL) Marketing Head, stated that “the distributors will spend 5 days in Russia, and watch the match between Poland and Senegal on June 19th.

Sharing her expectations regarding the trip, Madam Alice Osei Addai said she was “looking forward to touring Russia and enjoying the sights and sound of the country.” Also, she expressed her profound gratitude to CLUB Lager and ABL for giving her and her fellow key distributors the opportunity to experience the 2018 FIFA World CupTM.

“Charlie” Won Shi Jama! Campaign

CLUB Lager launched the “Charlie” Won Shi Jama! campaign on June 1, 2018 to celebrate and reward consumers of CLUB Lager and football enthusiasts during this 2018 FIFA World CupTM tournament.

At the launch, ABL’s Country Director, Mr. Philip Redman, mentioned that the brand will be giving away GH20, 000.00 in a weekly draw, in addition to free bottles of beer and airtime.

CLUB Lager has already presented a GHC 20,000.00 cash prize to Mr. Desmond Dasoberi, a nurse from Nandom in the Upper West Region, and will be announcing more winners in subsequent weeks.

Ms. Ewurafua Addo-Atua has urged consumers to continue texting to the 6-digit alphanumeric code they find under the crowns of the special edition 625ml CLUB Lager to the short code, 1931, for a chance to win.

Ms. Addo-Atua also reiterated that consumers can redeem free beer instantly when they find a beer image underneath the crowns, and airtime they can share with friends with further details on CLUB’s Facebook page @clubbeer.charlie.
