The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, create data visualizations, and provide actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives KPA’s Expected Standards Analysis
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and reports to support business decision-making.
- Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
- Sales Resourcing
Based on initial design optimisation:
- Work closely with Tech-sales Manager to identify precise sales routes and territories
- Ensure Route Calling Schedules are embedded in BEER audits
- Work with Zone solutions team on the smooth implementation of any digital platform
- Ensure digital platform is fully integrated into the working and reporting at ABL
Minimum Requirements:
- BSC/BA in Marketing or Commerce Roles, Skills and attributes required
- 3 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing
- Strong Spatial and Routing skills
- Knowledge of Ghanaian market
- Sound commercial & analytical capability
