The Key Purpose of this role is to lead the country solutions objectives. The scope of the role includes managing the in country tech operations (network, enterprise services, end user computing, cyber security and compliance), by using and collaborating with zone and global support teams. The tech operations specialist will work closely with the DTech zone teams to facilitate and align support the investments that drive the technology and NoCC agenda in Ghana, while also ensuring strong country-to-country and country-to-zone Solutions communities are operating and delivering value to the Ghana business. The role will be responsible for the Tech performance of the Ghana support team– along with driving functional capability, processes and results.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Solutions team – including, capabilities, processes, and performance.
- Proactively engage with country stakeholders to ensure the zone Solutions team is exceeding customer expectations and creating value for the business.
- Support tech operations, NoCC operations and commercial product delivery (adoption and coordination) in Ghana.
- Ensure operational SLAs are achieved through use of the zone IT service desk and serve as a primary point of escalation between the Ghana and zone tech operations teams.
- Facilitate connections and collaboration between the Global and Zone Solutions teams to drive results in technology.
- Identify and act on opportunities to streamline business processes through technology.
- Provide key “on-the-ground” support required to enable business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
- Min – Diploma ( or Degree preferred) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering.
- A+ and N+ and Security+ or similar certification required
- ITIL Foundation certification (Level 3 or higher) advantageous
- Azure Fundamental certification – (advantageous)
