Accra Brewery PLC, a proud member of the AB InBev family, successfully held its Sales Academy on July 27 and 28, 2023. The two-day intensive training event took place in the scenic city of Ho, situated in the heart of the Volta Region.
The Sales Academy is a strategic initiative undertaken by Accra Brewery PLC to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of its sales team. The event brought together a diverse group of sales professionals covering all regions of Ghana to equip them with the necessary tools for unlocking their full potentials as sales professionals.
During the event, participants engaged in interactive workshops, practical simulations, and insightful presentations delivered by the management team. The Sales Academy focused on refining sales techniques, developing GRIT, building strong customer relationships, and equipping the sales force with the tools needed to excel in a competitive market.
