Accra Brewery PLC has held a three-day Training of Trainers session (TOT) for sales managers in Accra.
The TOT leadership training was designed to equip the sales managers with the knowledge and skills that will help them improve the business acumen of retailers within their territories.
The annual Retailer Development Programme (RDP) is scheduled for the last week of September and will last for a month.
It’s also part of ABL’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, aimed at ensuring the growth of customers, particularly retailers.
