Staff of Accra Brewery PLC have participated in the “Homowo clean-up exercise” along Graphic Road. They dedicated their time and effort to cleaned the street, removed litter, and ensure the area was free of debris. This initiative is part of the annual Homowo festival celebrated by the Ga people of Ghana. The program was organized by the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council in Collaboration with the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources, The Ministry of local Government, Ministry of Interior, The Ga Traditional Council, and other partners.
Plant Manager, Siftan Yiremond, stated: “Our participation underscores Accra Brewery PLC’s commitment to community engagement and environmental stewardship. We believe that by taking part in such activities, we not only enhance our surroundings but also foster a sense of unity and shared responsibility among community members.
