Job Purpose

Accountable for shaping and driving the ABInbev people agenda within the functional teams. The People Trainee will have specific responsibility for working with line management to implement and manage the People cycle and priorities and delivering all the key people processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the functional teams to lead, manage and support their teams to delivering on business priorities.
  • Embed the People Cycle in the Functions
  • Support the recruitment process in the Functions, including ensuring effective onboarding
  • Support work with line managers to ensure talent data is used to inform talent planning
  • Ensure IR policies and practices are understood and employed by all
  • Manage the resolution of employee relations issues in the Functions
  • Review feedback from Organization Effectiveness surveys as well as other people data [e.g. exit interviews, KPI scorecards) to understand issues associated with engagement. Develop and implement appropriate plans to focus on building engagement
  • Provide reliable, accurate and timely administrative support
  • Ensure the accurate  and timely maintenance of employee data
  • Manage the talent processes to support the current and future development and deployment needs of the Functions

Profile:

  • Relevant HR qualification
  • Experience within FMCG environment
  • Results focused

  • Knowledge of local labor legislation and experience in labor relations is required
  • Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills – delivers impactful messages and influences outcomes
  • Ability to manage confidentiality
  • High levels of integrity
  • Stakeholder/ relationship management
